CERAMIC TILE CONSULTANT

RECERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Consultants are expected to keep abreast of changes in materials and methods of tile installation.

The following items are acceptable for recertifying your Ceramic Tile Consultant status for an additional year:

□ Attend one of the CTC classes offered throughout the country (schedule

attached.)

□ Attend any educational presentation at any national or local trade function & submit proof.

□ Provide assistance to, or be a member of any national or local trade association.

□ Be a presenter or test monitor of any technical module of the CTIOA Inc.

Educational Programs.

□ Prepare a Research or Field Report.

□ Provide photo or film history and description of any job installation process, job problem, unique product or application, or manufacturing process having to do with our Industry.

Please block in one of the above items and mail this signed application with your $50.00 Recertification check payable to CTIOA INC., by early November. Recertification cards will be issued upon completion/verification of requirements (in early January.)
